Allocated CEO tasks to business units, controlled the execution. Prepared and hold shareholders meetings. Made Staff recruitment of assistants for CEO's reception and first deputies. Arranged training seminars. Worked in multitasking mode and short deadlines.

Achievements: 3 persons from the Team were invited to work in Allianz AG Munich, successful stuff transfer after M&A transaction (AFK Sistema sold 51% of stakes to Allianz AG)

My responsibilities were: calendar planning, business trips coordination, document turnover. Planning and organizing meetings with internal and external participants. Coordination of business units, according to CEO's instructions. Correspondence on national and international level. Travel management and support, visa issues, expense claims. About me
I was born in Russia and 2 years ago relocated with my family in Berlin. The first year I traveled a lot to Moscow, where I had my real estate project and searched for a person, whom I will be able to pass the responsibilities in managing it. Now I want to concentrate on future career in Berlin and not only apply my values, but also to improve and expand them.

The most attractive thing to me in every process is to find possibilities to make things happen and to involve all kinds of resources, sometimes to learn something new and implement it. "Impossible" doesn't exist.

Working in a team is my passion, team spirit is what I used to build and I am sure that this leads to success. I am ready to share a proactive attitude, logic, and readiness to execute with my team and be an example and ideas generator.
