Oleg
CEO
Oleg is venture CEO with the record of launching big projects for Allianz, Pfizer and others since 2001. He is triathlete, cyclist and runner since 2013. Starting from 2015 he is certified triathlon coach, training amateurs for marathons, triathlons, rides and swims. Oleg raced in 2019 IRONMAN World Championship in Kona/Hawaii, 2017 UCI Masters World Championship in Albi/France, multiple 70.3 and Olympic triathlons, half-marathons etc..
Oleg graduated from Moscow State University with Masters dergree in economics and financial management.

Head Coach
Max is professional Coach in triathlon, running, cycling and swim. His more than 200 trainees accomplished IRONMAN in Kona/Hawaii, UCI Masters World Championship, Major running marathons, TransAlp, Haute Route and other big events for amateur athletes. He was pro triathlete in 1999-2011 in Russian and Kazakhstan National Teams, won ITU Asian Championship, Russian National triathlon championship.
Max graduated from Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health in St Petersburg, Russia.

CTO
Yury is professional software developer and experienced IT-manager. Yury and his team of back-end and front-end IT-specialists are developing data-driven sports (running, bike and triathlon) algorithms to deliver individual and data-based adaptive training programs for every unique client. Yury is long-time age-group triathlete, cyclist and mountain climber.
Yury graduated from Siberian National University of Computer Science.
